Purpose
The purpose of POWERHOUSE LADIES MINISTRYis to encourage one another in this journey of faith; to exalt and glorify God; and showing the love of Jesus Christ amongst ourselves and to those we meet.
Goals
Composition/Membership
POWERHOUSE LADIES MINISTRY is composed of women of all ages and marital status. This creates a unique opportunity to learn from each other.
Officers The officers of POWERHOUSE LADIES MINISTRY shall be composed of Chairperson, Assistant Chairperson, Secretary, Treasurer, Events Coordinator and Intercessor.
Elections for officers are held every 2 years.
Meetings Monthly meetings will be held at the church sanctuary ( 10778 Rhode Island Ave, Beltsville, MD 20705 ) except if planned in advance to be held at a member's house.

- Provide environments where women feel loved and special.
- Encouraging each other to spend time with the Lord through prayer and bible study
- Encourage women to use their spiritual gifts for the body of Christ.
- Provide opportunities for women to meet, encourage, and support each other.
- Reinforce the church's vision.
- Cooperate and work together with other church ministries
- Provide support (spiritual and otherwise) to members during major events in their lives
- Learn from one another and share information for our spiritual growth and other areas of life
- Assist in preparation of church functions and events
